I am designing a market centre in Leith for my architectural thesis, with spaces for
cafes/restaurants/temporary market stalls/cookery schools etc. I am trying to get a feel for whether such a facility would go down well in the community. Would people use it - be interested in buying and selling there? Can anyone help?
